Are consultations by video or phone?
Both. You choose the format that suits you, and you can request an instant consultation with a practitioner who is available now or schedule an appointment for later.
Are practitioners qualified and verified?
Practitioners are invited and reviewed by our team. We check qualifications, professional registration and insurance details before an account is approved.
Does pellam health replace my doctor?
No. pellam health supports your health alongside your medical care and does not provide emergency or diagnostic medical care.
How much does a consultation cost?
Each practitioner sets their own fee, shown clearly on their profile and again before you confirm a booking. You only pay once you book.
Can I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Yes. Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours before the start time are refunded automatically, and you can rebook a new slot from your plan at any time.
Is my health information kept private?
Your health information is stored securely in the UK/EU, encrypted, and only visible to you and the practitioner you choose to work with. Access to clinical records is logged.
